Dr. Davide Amato decided to research the dental community for a consultant that he could work with after reading an article that recommended that he pick a consultant and let them do what they do best so that he could do what he does best.
He met Lisa Philp and Dr. Walter Heidary at Niagara's Millennium Aesthetics in the spring of 2000 and decided that Transitions would be a good match for his practice. He was looking for support in creating a "well oiled machine" and a team that did not require him to micro manage them.

Dr. Amato's recently renovated office is located in Stoney Creek, Ontario, a community centrally located in the Golden Horseshoe.

Transitions worked with this team to bring them on board with the changes resulting in a fiercely loyal and accountable group. Dr. Amato feels that his team is empowered and accountable and walk their talk each day.

One of the benefits has been the ability to spend personal time with no interruptions from the office. Dr. Amato told us that "his time off is time off." This freedom has allowed him to spend quality time with his family and not have to worry about the decisions being made by the right people.

Dr. Amato loves dentistry and plans to continue to develop working smarter not harder and to continue with steady growth for another twenty years. A restorative hygienist has been added to the team and he is pleased with how the clients have received her integration. He has discovered that by treating the person on the other end of the teeth he is able to do the dentistry he loves.
