Dr. Tzvi Rubinger
Five years ago, Dr Tzvi Rubinger, as the result of referral, purchased a Comprehensive Practice Assessment©. The relaxing, clean practice has a cheerful atmosphere. The mix of residential and commercial business of Keele and Lawrence in Toronto, Ontario allows for a steady patient flow and continued growth. The strength of Dr. Rubinger's success is the common vision between his leadership and team pride.
His assessment revealed that he and his team were doing a number of things well. Dr. Rubinger indicated his goals were to increase the amount of aesthetic dentistry, improve the hygiene retention and reduce no shows and cancellations. To accomplish this, enhancements strategies were recommended and Dr. Rubinger involved his team in the decision to hire Transitions. He felt that, solid follow up with the implementation of his ideas would be a benefit of the Transitions coaching experience.
The introduction of formalized systems and monitors resulted in a few growing pains. The peace of mind of knowing that there would only be minimal interruption during a "blip" in the team has allowed them to move out of their comfort level. The team found that the "antidote to stress" was to have formalized solid systems in place. As an adult, Dr. Rubinger found that changing old habits and learning new skills, seemed to be the most challenging part of the process. He recognized that an open and positive attitude to change enhanced his result of achieving his goal of increasing the amount of aesthetic dentistry and reduction of downtime.
Dr. Rubinger intends to move into the future evolving at the same rate.
