Ottawa Heritage Dental is situated on a busy street in the heart of Kitchener, Ontario. This comfortable, professional building blends with the neighbourhood creating an atmosphere of reassuring comfort.

Dr. John Cameron and Dr. John Rush were partners for sixteen years, when Dr. Miyen Qwek joined their team of 22 members and together they have created the essence of a modern healthy practice.

Dr. Cameron & Dr. Rush have had an ongoing relationship with Transitions Consulting Group since 1991. They had just moved into their new office and were looking for ways to handle their growth and maximize their new facility and assets. The introduction of business systems provided the foundation for their growth in the patient base and achievement of the financial projections. Dr. Rush observes that Transitions systems are practical, sensible and achievable.
Dr. Cameron appreciates the ongoing coaching support and team encouragement. The support of the team involved moving them out of their comfort zone with new communication skills and the ability to ask tough questions. The encouragement was focused on the implementation of the systems and the awareness of when they were slipping back into old habits.

As part of the Transitions Business Leadership ProgramÙ, Ottawa Heritage Dental has re-defined their vision and goals and the value of team community building. Ottawa Heritage Dental is involved weekly with a Breakfast Service at a local church and has found this community service to be very rewarding.

Dr. Rush and Dr. Cameron feel that their partnership with Transitions will continue as they strive to maintain their commitment to provide the best care with kindness and compassion, as well as giving back to the community for personal and professional growth.
