Debra’s vast experience comes from many areas of the dental practice: Director of Dental Assisting Programs (Level 1/11), curriculum, accreditation and theoretical development involving both DA/DH programs, clinical chair side assisting in general and orthodontic practices, and instructor for DA/DH programs. Debra holds a Bachelor's degree in Biology, her diploma in Dental Office Chair Side Assistant, her certificate from NDAEB. She is currently working on completion of her Adult Education Diploma at St. Francis Xavier University.

Debra has been involved with many Breast Cancer events, both raising money and involved in community auctioning to support Breast Cancer.

Debra can also be seen at many sports fields throughout the year, contributing to the community by fabricating mouth guards for children’s safe sports participation.

Debra comes with experience in business operations, client satisfaction, and creative ideas to keep the business within budget, as she has owned and operated 2 very successful businesses.

Debra has tons of enthusiasm, energy, and pride in her field, and is extremely excited to show each individual Dental Assistant, her years of knowledge, so they may achieve the results they desire.
