Dr. Robert Nardone and Dr. Natalie Batthish

After graduating, the husband and wife team of Robert Nardone and Natalie Batthish shared the dream of opening a clinic of their own. In 1998, after much research, they decided that Transitions Jump Start Program would supply them with what they needed to establish their practice from ground zero.

They built their facility in Ancaster with a handful of patients, one treatment room, and one employee, with both doctors remaining as associates in other practices. Two years later they thrive with 1500 patients, four treatment rooms, seven employees and both doctors working full time in the practice. The doctors agree that all new dentists should consider seeking coaching from Transitions' experts in Practice Start-up to develop a plan for success.

Their positive attitude and belief in Transitions philosophy as well as taking responsibility for their objectives has allowed them to follow the recommendations that have produced dramatic and satisfying results.

Dr. Nardone feels the most satisfaction in establishing personal relationships with patients; Dr. Batthish focuses on patient comfort and service. The passion that emanates from both doctors is the formula necessary for practice success.

The doctors feel that Transitions' advice and mentoring in systems, clinical and non-clinical processes and procedures was instrumental in achieving their desired outcomes. Their initial goals have been surpassed, and they look to the future with excitement.
