Marilyn brings six years of experience coaching executives and teams from technical, retail and professional corporations both nationally and internationally.

Marilyn’s strength is developing goal-oriented, proactive, problem solving teams which allows the dentist to focus on his or her true passion, dentistry.

As an instructor at Western University’s Althouse College, Marilyn developed and instructed programs for specialized teacher education. She conducted workshops for the Ministry of Education on implementing change models.

During eleven years as a team-building administrator, Marilyn coached effective performance through personal growth plans, establishing positive working cultures, and developing innovative programs.

Marilyn is a trained assessor and presenter of human synergistics leadership styles and DiSC behavioural profiling system, has completed training seminars in accelerated learning techniques and is a graduate of the University of Waterloo.
