As a leadership coach for Transitions, Jane Burdette brings over 25 years experience as a business owner and consultant to progressive dental practices. For more than twelve years, she worked as an independent consultant focusing on implementing change and developing healthy, effective organizations. Her specialties include leadership coaching; hiring, training and integrating new team members; communication skills enhancement, team development and evaluation, and streamlining practice systems. She has extensive experience organizing and facilitating workshops and retreats on strategic planning, creating a shared vision, advanced communication and facilitaions skills, team interaction/development, client financing, and introductory and advanced applications for Myers-Briggs Typology Indicator (MBTI).

Jane has a Masters in Management and Organizational Development, specializing in leadership development. She is a Certified MBTI, Practitioner and Professional Co-Active Coach whose compassionate style and focus on healthy interpersonal and group dynamics has helped hundreds of individuals and teams achieve high performance.
