Karen's strong customer service skills and aptitude for problem solving is a great asset to Transitions Group. She has graduated from programs in health office administration, business administration, has attended effectiveness training and has completed year one of a CMA program. Her background in banking and accounting is a strong contributor to her excellent organizational skills, reflected in her involvement in the smooth operation of our head office systems.
