The Making It Easy for Patients to Say "Yes" case acceptance workshop is a two-day program for dental teams who want to excel in case acceptance for cosmetic, implant, and restorative dentistry. The workshop is a hands-on communications coaching experience where you and your team role play case study simulations of complex care patients. You'll return from this workshop with the confidence and skills to make case acceptance for quadrant to complex care dentistry predictably successful.

Day One:9-3:00
Morning and Afternoon - Dentists and Team

     Leadership and case acceptance is everyone's job
     Learn how to start the case acceptance process
during the initial telephone call
     How to make it immediately obvious to the patient
during the new patient interview that they are in
the right dental office
     Discover your patient's level of readiness for
complete care
     Developing and enabling your team to have a huge
positive impact on your patients

3-4:00 - Dentists only
     Profitability and complete care dentistry
     Attracting complete care patients
     Fees and profitability management
     Leadership and implementation of workshop principles

Day Two: 9-4:00
Morning and Afternoon - Dentists and Team
     Building life-long relationships
     Present care in a way that creates hope and
eliminates confusion
     How to present fees, financial arrangements, and
patient financing
     How to manage patients who say "no" and keep them in
your practice
     Learn a no-stress process to recruit your existing
recare patients into complete care dentistry

ACCOMMODATIONS
A block of rooms has been reserved at the Delta Barrington (902 425-7009/888-423-3582) at the rate of $171.00/night – based on double occupancy - $15.00 per additional person per night. This Workshop is a limited attendance event. If you need to cancel, no refund will be issued. Cancellations prior to April 25, 2008 will receive a credit towards another SouthWest Dental seminar. No refund or credit will be issued for cancellations after April 25, 2008.
