Platinum Design

The Platinum Design Service offered by Insite Design and Transitions Group at Benco Dental incorporates the combined expertise of your equipment specialist, designer, territory representative, and a Transitions Group analytical coach to develop your office design. This service includes:

• A Comprehensive Practice Assessment™ (two and a half days) by an analytical coach to determine practice potential, define goals, and project income for your project (see Comprehensive Practice Assessment at sidebar for details)
• An initial needs assessment/program meeting with a designer to determine basic goals, direction, and vision for your project
• Review and analysis of the completed "insite needs assessment" survey by the team
• Completion of a comprehensive full day on-site needs assessment evaluation of existing facility by designer to determine: 
  • Attributes and limitations of current facility
  • Overall patient flow and management
  • Work styles and preferences of providers
  • Technology requirements
  • Long-term practice growth requirements

• Development of preliminary space plans through synthesis and integration of needs assessment data. Preliminary space plans will be provided to you, designating all functional dental and dental-related areas.
• Preliminary space plans show a bird’s-eye view of walls, doors, windows, stairwells, millwork and dental equipment.
• Three prints in inch scale of each preliminary plan and/or an electronic rendering PDF file via e-mail or on CD.
• Revisions and/or changes to the preliminary plan will be communicated directly to the Benco Dental insite designer.
• Final preliminary plans in 3-D view format.
• Presentation meeting with the doctor/client to review completed preliminary plans and discuss any final revisions or changes.
• Completion of detail and specification plans. Detail and specification plans will be provided upon written approval of the preliminary plan and receipt of a final, executed equipment order specifying equipment purchased from Benco Dental.
• Only equipment purchased from Benco Dental and equipment disconnected and reconnected by Benco Dental will be shown on the detail and specification plans
• Six sets of detail and specification plans or one reproducible (Vellum) set will be provided to you
• Final detail and specification plans created under the terms of the Platinum Program are guaranteed for accuracy for the placement of dental equipment when installed by Benco Dental
• Designation of a team project coordinator to answer questions, conduct equipment layouts and site visits (as required) for the duration of the project
• Completion of a comprehensive post installation on-site facility review by the Benco Team
