Welcome once again to our fall issue of Success Strategies. I trust you had a productive and relaxing summer taking time for vacation to rejuvenate and charge your battery for the last quarter of 2004.

Transitions fall success includes the results of our 2004 client feedback survey. We continually welcome our client's honest feedback and satisfaction level rating as well as suggestions for development. The response rate was 75% and an overall rating as a company of 90% for our tangible results. All sound businesses are built on the referrals from their happy clients and we are especially grateful that our clients are our number one referral source as confirmed in the survey results that 91% would refer our services to colleagues. The three most commonly identified areas that dentists want for their future needs are marketing services, recruiting quality team members, and resort seminars.

We have joined forces with Greg Anderson of Discus Dental Canada to sell 4000 books "Love is the best Medicine" so that we can raise $20,000 USD to build three new self-sustaining dental clinics in Cambodia.

Cambodia has suffered great loss under Pol Pot; 1.8 million people were rounded up, interrogated, and murdered, targeting teachers, lawyers, and dentists. Only 34 dental nurses were left to care for the remaining 6 million Cambodians dental care.

The proceeds from the books will contribute to the goal. If you are interested in contributing, please consider purchasing copies of "Love is the Best Medicine" for yourself and your team. Then consider purchasing additional copies to give to your patients, local high schools, libraries, and hospitals.
