Leadership/team Development™ 

Our coaches specialize in facilitating the entire change process. Their expertise in systems integration and adult learning will direct and assist the process of implementing your business plan developed through the Comprehensive Practice Assessment©. Your team will participate in our team building and communication coaching program. We assist you in taking the steps towards building a high performance team, creating shared vision, goal setting and advanced communication skills, while keeping conflict to a minimum. This coaching will reduce stress, improve morale and increase team performance.

Human Resources

Our coaches ensure that you have the tools to administer and manage personnel issues effectively and correctly. We will help prevent litigation, reduce stress and create an environment where doctor and team can work and thrive, while providing the essential components that complete your human resourced department.

Clinical/Case Presentation

The objective of this program is to provide the team approach to understanding the philosophies of case presentation. Your coach will work with you in areas of periodontal disease management, clinical efficiency and communication skills that lead to significant increases in case acceptance.

Administrative Systems

Our business coaches will spend at least 12 months coaching you and your team through the 44 systems needed to operate a functional dental practice. These systems will then become and remain a part of the normal operating protocols. 

Management Profitability

The final step in the Signature Program™ is to increase your awareness of your current financial situation and develop a customized plan to meet your financial needs today, and in the future. This program is usually completed in conjunction with your personal financial advisor or accountant.
