My name is Trisha Galla, I am the office manager for Dr. Susanne M Sanford in Muskegon, MI. Last winter our entire team went to a seminar in our area hosted by Benco Dental. The speaker was Lisa Philp. As a result of that course, we asked for a call from Transition's Group to evaluate our issues. We then signed on to have Kim come into our office for a more formal evaluation. At Kim's proposal we decided to jump in and start what she laid out for us. Today we just finished day two of signature day, and all I can say is WOW!!!!!!!!!
I know I can speak for Dr. Sanford and the entire team when I say, Deb blew us away! Dr and I are seeing changes in the team in two days that we have tried to get them to make in years. Deb took an unmotivated, complacent team, and lit a fire under them. She raised confidence in team members, she
excited them, and she got people involved. She helped us build our goals as a team, and made us "own" them and set dates to accomplish them. She helped us to draw together as a team, and to care for one another, to understand and accept one another's differences, and how to deal with those differences. I can literally say, this was a life changing experience, for not only me, but for team members. I cannot thank you enough for providing us with such an amazing person for this exciting journey. I am looking so forward to working with her, and they rest of the Transitions team in the next year.

This is our 2nd seminar given by Lisa Philp from the Transitions Group. It was a Customer Service Seminar for over 30 Management personnel. Lisa provided communication skills and problem solving techniques to our Managers to be able to address practical day to day situations that occur in each of our offices. Each one of our Managers came away with key points and methods that they are enthusiastic to implement into their offices. Our company is looking forward to our 3rd Seminar with Lisa Philp later this year.

Kim Hindle came out in February to review with my husband and I, the results of the CPA. I was extremely impressed with how professionally she was able to interview my employees, and extract the needed information from the existing records. Kim was able to evaluate where my practice stood in comparison to others like mine, and where there were areas of potential. She explained the Transitions philosophy, how they could help us improve our systems, and develop my dream team and practice. I expressed my concern with previous "consulting" experiences, wanting nothing to do with a cookie cutter approach. She assured me that Transitions is nothing like that, and is more of a coaching team that works with individual offices and people. There are systems that you recommend, but ultimately, it was up to us to decide how to best tweak the systems to fit our exact needs. Needless to say, she was very thorough, and we signed that night!
Our Transitions Team includes, Marilyn Potts, Linda Anderson, and Corinne Birrell. I love the fact that Transitions comes to us, and works with our Team in our everyday surroundings.
Unlike other consulting firms, that make you transport your entire team half way across the country to learn at seminars... not very helpful. I truly feel like Transitions is a very integral part of our Team. They are always very supportive and helpful because they know exactly where we're coming from and can relate to our individual needs and concerns.
Even though we still have much more to learn; through our training sessions learning about behavior styles, verbal techniques, and incorporating more efficient systems, have made our days run much more smoothly. We've learned to communicate with our patients more effectively, perform more comprehensive head and neck exams, improve our hygiene program, and schedule more efficiently. After participating with the program for just 6 months, the "staff" has transformed into a Team, and by working together, we've increased our production by almost 30%! We're already at the third tier of estimated growth that Kim had estimated. I never thought we'd accomplish this level of service and production after such a short period of time, and I know we would not have been able to accomplish this without your help. I'm sorry I wasted the first 7 months struggling on my own. I highly recommend your company to everyone I know, and have nothing but positive things to say. I sincerely appreciate everything you have all done for me and my Team. I look forward to a long relationship with Transitions
and Benco and a much more rewarding and enjoyable career.

This evening, I received a phone call from every one of my staff personally thanking me for this class. Each one had taken home a new enthusiasm for the future of our office, as well as the future of their relationships with friends and family.

We were having a really hard time and Transitions Group North America came right in, gave us direction, picked us up & got us on tract. Now our staff is functioning as a team & we just had our highest month ever! (collection & production).
The coaches are fabulous & our entire team agrees.

We have equipped a third op for another Hygienist and are starting to look for an Associate. Our Team is so motivated now, it feels like everyone really likes to come to work these days. We exceeded our goal last year and are on track to so the same again this year.

We just completed our Signature class this evening with Deb Cohen. We had previously met with the analytical coach and she informed me that she was organizing a very special team of
coaches for our office. If Deb Cohen is any indication of the quality of the other coaches, then we say" THANK YOU ! THANK YOU ! THANK YOU !" We had an absolutely fantastic 2 day class that has prepared us for the implementation of the Transitions work environment.
Deb delivered an extremely well organized, thorough preparatory class. In fact, I think it was perfect because a couple of the team members were skeptical prior to the class and she was able to get them excited about participating in this initial class, and further, looking forward to the next classes as well. She was able to identify a huge barrier to further progress very early in the class, address the issues in a delicate, but professional manner and move forward in a way that developed trust and understanding not only between coach and team members, but among the team members as well. This was absolutely crucial to the success of the class and I am positive that I did not have the tools or training to address the problem myself without disasterous results.
We each came away with new communication skills and look forward to implementing them into our practice routine.

Prior to Transitions I would work all day to fill the Hygiene schedule and it would still have open spots when I would go home. It bothered me, and I could not figure out what was going on. Transitions came in, put systems in place and now I don't have enough "spots" to put the Hygiene patients.
