Tracy Anderson Butler is a registered dental hygienist, success coach, entrepreneur and speaker. Tracy has coached hundreds of dental practices throughout the United States and United Kingdom. As a leader and coach she aspires to the belief that lifelong learning is an integral part of her professional life, and she enjoys participating in all stages of the process and considers few things more rewarding.
Tracy’s passion for dentistry began at the age of 3 after a gift of a dental mirror and explorer from her grandfather. Tracy began her clinical practice 1987 as an expanded functions dental assistant in a progressive aesthetic practice in Florida and furthered her education in dentistry graduating from Palm Beach Community College Dental Hygiene Program with honors. She returned to the same progressive office to practice dental hygiene full-time and developed a comprehensive periodontal therapy program that she now implements in hundreds of dental practices.
Tracy has presented to hundreds of leading dental professionals including NYU College of Dentistry, Baylor University, NOVA Southeastern University and conducts hands-on “Reality Dentistry” workshops throughout North America. She is a key opinion leader for Oxyfresh Worldwide, Inc, Arestin/Orapharma, DentalWriter™ and Sheervision Loupes. She is also an active member with the American Dental Hygiene Association, former Vice-President of the Florida Dental Hygiene Association and Past President of the Palm Beach County Dental Hygiene Association.
Tracy has owned and operated a successful design and interiors business outside of dentistry for 15 years. In addition she is actively building a successful network with Oxyfresh Worldwide that allows her to live a life of choice. Tracy lives in West Palm Beach, Florida with her five year old son “Tripp” and husband Kevin.
