Annamaria Phillips is recognized within the dental community as an expert in the areas of chairside clinical performance for dental assistants, alternative dispute resolution and enhancement of communication skills among the dental team. Her expertise includes general and specialized practices, front office management, infection control OSHA compliance duties, product update training, sharpening of clinical organizational skills, and the completion of time efficiency studies.

Annamaria is a member of the National Speakers Association, holds her CDA credential through the Dental Assisting National Board (DANB) and has been an expanded duty dental assistant throughout her career. She is a member of the Organization for Safety & Asepsis Procedure (OSAP), and has served on the Executive Committee of the American Dental Assistants Association (ADAA) and is a member of the adjunct faculty at Pickens Technical College where she teaches restorative expanded duty and chairside dental assisting skills.

Annamaria earned her Women’s Studies Certificate, Bachelor of Business Administration, and her Masters Degree in Communication and Conflict Resolution at the University of Denver. Since 1987, Annamaria has delivered numerous powerful and high-impact workshops customized for the clinical staff along with in-office coaching and training throughout the United States.

Annamaria also is a co-author of Speaking of Success with Ken Blanchard, Jack Canfield, and Stephen R. Covey.

Annamaria is committed to helping dental practices reduce employee turnover by attracting and retaining staff members through successful employer/employee relationships, improving employee morale, and diminishing conflict in the workplace.
