Brenda has been actively involved in the dental profession for 25 years as a dental practice manager and coach. She received her Dental Practice Management Certificate from New York University in 2003.

Brenda’s passion is in working with doctors to become outstanding leaders by helping them clarify and attain their goals and dreams. She works very closely with team members to help them identify their individual strengths and talents that will be utilized in achieving both practice and individual goals.

Brenda’s commitment to her teams is that she will empower and motivate them to become outstanding leaders for their practice and their patients through superior communication and coordinated actions.
