Gale has been providing management services to the dental industry for over 30 years. She has distinctive personal experience in implementing business systems, leadership, teamwork and overseeing the daily operations of the dental practice. Involved in dentistry on both ownership and management levels, she understands the complexity of the modern dental practice, and has personally guided a progressive dental practice through over 20 years of growth and transition. Her background and experience allow her to bring a very “doctor’s side of the desk” perspective to her coaching.

Gale’s experience enables her to perform a complete analysis of dental practices during the Comprehensive Practice Assessment (CPA) process. This powerful tool allows her to provide an analysis of your history, your present operations and future possibilities. She will complete an overview of your practice, concentrating on the areas of financial health, management structure, operational systems and team/patient relationships with regard to communication
Gale then prepares a comprehensive report of her findings to highlight areas of strength as well as areas of potential. This report will equip you to determine what possibilities lie within your practice and serves as a roadmap to achieving your goals.

Her exceptional analytical skills enable her to identify hidden problem areas in a practice. Gale understands the importance of solid business systems. As a consultant, she has helped many dentists achieve their goals by implementing changes which bring tangible, positive results. She has also been instrumental in updating of materials and development of new programs, which keep us on the leading edge.
