DR. SHERRY HILL - Appleby Dental
When you enter Appleby Dental, you are immediately surrounded by the tranquil sound of a waterfall. The living room style reception area added to the feeling of comfort and relaxation. It is easy to see that this team promotes patient well-being in everything they do.

Dr. Sherri Hill graduated from The University of Toronto in 1992, and worked as an associate for eight months. In 1993, she partnered with Dr. Michael Tam and together they moved into their new high-tech clinic. In 1999, Dr. Hill became the sole owner of the practice and has never looked back. She now employs three associates and 28 auxiliaries.

Transitions Consulting Group began working with Appleby Dental shortly after their move into the new facility. The need for solid systems was apparent and Transitions was able to customize a program for this practice, allowing for the seamless integration of new team members and supporting smooth patient flow.

Dr. Hill prides herself on offering all types of dentistry for her patients in one convenient facility, allowing her to provide the orthodontic and aesthetic dentistry that she loves. Her team members have developed more defined roles, allowing each individual to become an expert in their area. Dr. Hill feels that this is of great value for their patients, as they are able to have their treatment completed by the team member best suited for the job.
