Dr. Judy Sturm and her team provide a trusting and unique atmosphere for their patients and NOW Magazine has awarded them the "Best Dentist in Toronto" for the past four years.

Dr. Sturm's requested Transitions to assist her to enhance the operational systems within the practice and to integrate an associate as well as a treatment coordinator. With 5 children and a husband, she was determined to find more balance and quality of life.
The Transitions coach became an integral part of the dental team. They were a committed team who anticipated each meeting and the celebrations of their success. Dr. Sturm has achieved more personal time while integrating an associate and increased productivity and profitability. The treatment coordinator integration has been especially rewarding as clients are saying yes to comprehensive dentistry and the practice has become less insurance dependant.

Her highly skilled and motivated team have created an atmosphere where clients actually look forward to their appointments, share a joke, catch up on family news, get excited about their dental treatment and have a meaningful experience. Dr. Julia Kim has been successfully added to this team. She has allowed Dr. Sturm to care for her patients with the same high level of care and continued personal relationships.
