Judy Chapman brings to the Transitions Team 20 years of involvement in adult education, coaching, training and development.

After graduating from Queen’s University, Kingston, Ontario, Judy spent several years in the corporate world of banking and accounting. Realizing that her passion was in the growth and development of people, her career expanded to include the creation of her own Human Resource consulting firm. She continued her education in adult education at the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education at the University of Toronto. Judy continues to work extensively in the U.S. and Canada, with projects completed in Barbados and Mexico.

Judy’s expertise includes diversity in the workplace, performance management, team building, communication, leadership coaching, career planning and life skills coaching. Client feedback is consistently positive regarding her ability to create a dynamic and challenging environment based on knowledge, enthusiasm, experience, and compassion.
