Karen's strong customer service skills and aptitude for problem solving is a great asset to Transitions Group. She has graduated from programs in health office administration, business administration, has attended effectiveness training and has completed year one of a CMA program. Her background in banking and accounting is a strong contributor to her excellent organizational skills, reflected in her involvement in the smooth operation of our head office systems. She is a valued support for the Transitions team.

Her friendly, open communication style shines through as she offers support to clients and coaches. Karen has a true community spirit and plays and active role on various charitable volunteer boards.
