As a practice management coach her most essential duties are about being able to listen, learn, plan, train, and follow up. She listens to a dentist’s concerns, and what he or she wants to accomplish in order to make a better practice. She is able to identify areas of concern and finds solutions to improve office efficiency. Kay knows putting together a plan and implementing it into the office makes for better productivity. She works with and trains each team member one on one, for better teamwork and increased motivation.
