Nancy has been an active member of the dental community since 1977. As a dental business team leader, her roles have included management, Treatment Coordinator, Recare Facilitator, Collections Expert and Marketing Coordinator.

Nancy’s main area of expertise is the financials of a practice, assisting practices to make the transition from assignment to fee for service. Using her exceptional communication skills, Nancy empowers dental practices to effectively collect for what they produce. Nancy’s friendly yet professional method of organizing financial systems has made her one of Canada’s top collections experts helping dentists realize a negative accounts receivables.

Nancy, who has received her N.C.C.P. Level II coaching certification, has lectured across Canada as a speaker and team coach with the ADEI. She has also lectured internationally to dental professionals in the USA and the Caribbean.

Nancy is the author of many practice articles and is co-author of, “The Right Words are Worth a Thousand Smiles: Survival Handbook of Dental Quotes” a communications books for dental professionals released in May 2006. Nancy is also an expert on many dental computer systems widely used, enabling her to help practices coast to coast benefit from their computer reports.
