Renee Coury is a1983 graduate of the University of Pittsburgh’s School of Dental Medicine. Upon graduation, she began her dental hygiene career with a large general dentistry practice in Pennsylvania. She credits those doctors with a solid foundation of exceptional dental care. Renee worked for a variety of dental practices and was given the opportunity to build various Periodontal Programs. Several years later, Renee, moved into dental sales which provided her with advanced learning in fluorides, infection control, dental hygiene instrumentation and OSHA laws.
In late 2002, Renee moved with her children to Las Cruces, New Mexico. Her career quickly moved to new heights in cosmetic dentistry. Her professional growth emphasized continuing education in periodontal disease; patient education and a vast amount of training in customer service. She also completed the Dental Anesthesia Program at Phoenix School of Dentistry in Phoenix, AZ where she received her license to administer local anesthesia in 2004.

In 2006, Renee had the opportunity to open a third office for a local orthodontist, which grew to include 25 employees. Her responsibilities in managing the office were not limited. She went on to learn and apply direct patient care through hands-on orthodontic treatment along with providing dental hygiene services and education for several office locations.
Renee’s ability as a leader has brought many opportunities to build motivational, energetic, and positive teams. Her feedback and encouragement towards others have developed a deep trust of her leadership. Those that have worked with her appreciate her patience and her ability to build confidence in their strengths.

Renee is a member of the ADHA, where she supports her local chapter in developing continuing education classes and meetings. She has recently been asked to mentor and teach at the local dental hygiene program at New Mexico State University. At NMSU, Renee, is pursuing her degree as a Registered Dietician in Health & Human Sciences.
Her involvement in Oxyfresh Worldwide, Inc. has led Renee to her vision of sharing her experiences and knowledge with teams. Her mentoring will help them to develop their own style of delivering unprecedented care we all aspire to.
