DR. TZVI RUBINGER
Five years ago, Dr. Tzvi Rubinger, as the result of referral, purchased a Comprehensive Practice Assessment from Transitions Group. The relaxing, clean practice has a cheerful atmosphere. The mix of residential and commercial business of Keele and Lawrence in Toronto, Ontario allows for a steady patient flow and continued growth. The strength of Dr. Rubinger's success is the common vision between his leadership and team pride.

His assessment revealed that he and his team were doing a number of things well. Dr. Rubinger indicated his goals were to increase the amount of aesthetic dentistry, improve the hygiene retention and reduce no shows and cancellations. To accomplish this, enhancement strategies were recommended and Dr. Rubinger involved his team in the decision to hire Transitions.
